Comfort as something to do, not just something to wear.

EKOUAER’s “Back to Bliss: Rediscover Your Inner Child” concept brought the feeling of a childhood sleepover into a loungewear event. Personalization, nostalgic photo moments, and shared activities connected the product to an experience guests could participate in. As a member of Nuwa Marketing’s planning team, I helped turn the theme into activity plans, external conversations, and pre-event arrangements.

From the first brainstorm to the pre-event arrangements.

01

Theme & event flow

Joined early brainstorming and helped develop the theme, activity ideas, and event flow into a plan the team could prepare around.

02

Venue & layout

Helped source and contact venues, discuss options, and coordinate layout and setup plans for the different activity areas.

03

Guest outreach

Contacted influencers and public figures and supported invitation follow-ups as part of the team’s guest-planning work.

04

Experience preparation

Contributed to discussions, external communication, and arrangements for custom activities, photo areas, and take-home gifts ahead of the event.

My role covered team-based planning and pre-event coordination. On-site setup and execution were handled by the event team.

Three ways the theme became an activity.

01Make it personalCustom embroidery & live drawings

Personalized details gave the concept a hands-on expression. I helped with planning and preparation for these activities alongside the team.

02Make room for playPhoto zones with nostalgic props

The photo areas brought the childhood theme into the physical space. My involvement included discussions and arrangements around the activity areas and setup plan.

03Give guests a keepsakeMini prints dispenser

A take-home photo extended the experience beyond the room. I participated in the planning and arrangements for this gifting element.

The setting for the experience.

Extending comfort to people who needed it.

The announced program included a care-package activity for people affected by the Los Angeles wildfires. Guests were invited to pack EKOUAER pajamas and essential comfort items and add personal messages.

Within the event concept, this offered a different kind of participation: taking time to care for someone else, alongside the activities focused on guests’ own memories and self-expression.

The concept, in the brand’s own words.

EKOUAER’s March 10, 2025 announcement documents the theme and planned activities. It is a pre-event brand release, not a post-event results report. The community-care section describes the planned initiative; donation totals and delivery outcomes are not reported here.
